Our Salesperson, David answered most of our questions and got us more information when needed. He was personable and efficient and honest. He returned calls, and sent follow-up emails. The Sales Manager, John, was avilable quickly when we encountered a problem and he got it solved! He even provided incentive to help make our purchase better. We came from out-of-state and the whole team was super helpful and friendly. Rose did our walk through and pointed out things we needed to know and Wyatt was fast and efficient. Kristin finished up the remaining questions and we appreciated Frank (tech) who came right out when we needed extra help with hook-up. We got there early for the first appointment and even the man at the register (name?) was funny and friendly when we teased him about his breakfast choice! I have had mobile service performed by the Manheim location a couple times now since my camper is on a permanent seasonal site. Last year I had my door/ door frame replaced and just last week had a service call for an issue with my fridge. The service department has been great to deal with.
