BLACK FRIDAY SUPER SALE GIVEAWAY TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Introduction
This raffle is organized by [RV Value Mart Inc.] ("Organizer"). By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions and the decisions of the Organizer, which are final and binding.

2. Eligibility

  • The raffle is open to residents of United States of America aged 18 or older.
  • Employees, agents, and representatives of the Organizer and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter.

3. Raffle Period
The raffle begins on 11/16/2024 and ends on 11/30/2024 ("Raffle Period"). Entries submitted before or after the Raffle Period will not be eligible.

4. How to Enter

  • No purchase is necessary to enter.
  • Participants can enter by filling out a form at an RV Value Mart location.
  • Limit 1 entry per person.

5. Prizes

  • The prize(s) for this raffle is/are $1,000 CASH, $200 TOP GOLF GIFT CARD, and $50 RV VALUE MART GIFT CARD.
  • Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other items.

6. Winner Selection and Notification

  • Winners will be selected randomly from all eligible entries received.
  • The draw will take place on 12/21. Winners will be announced on RV Value Mart’s Facebook page.
  • If a winner fails to claim the prize within 7 days, RV Value Mart reserves the right to select an alternative winner.

7. Publicity

  • By entering, participants agree that their name and likeness may be used by RV Value Mart for promotional purposes without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.

8. Privacy

  • Personal information collected from entrants will be used in accordance with RV Value Mart's privacy policy and applicable data protection laws.

9. Limitation of Liability

  • The Organizer is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, or incomplete entries, or for any technical issues that may prevent an entry from being received.
  • By participating, entrants release the Organizer from any liability arising from participation in the raffle or acceptance or use of the prize.

10. Disqualification

  • The Organizer reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or violates these terms and conditions.
